On January 11, the Overseas Company successfully completed the concrete pouring of the 29m floor slab for the main building of the Malaysia Xinshengda Heating Project, marking a significant milestone in the project’s progress.
The floor slab construction adopted a non-composite design combining profiled steel sheets and concrete, with a pouring length of 65 meters, a width of 9 meters, and a thickness of 17 centimeters. To ensure smooth construction, the project team developed a scientific construction plan and meticulously arranged material supply, manpower, and equipment. From the installation of profiled steel sheets and stud welding to rebar binding, formwork setup for reserved holes, and inspection, each step strictly adhered to specifications. All personnel involved received detailed technical briefings before construction, ensuring efficiency and safety during operations. During the pouring process, commanders and operators worked closely together, with supervisors overseeing the entire process to ensure high-quality and efficient completion of the task.
Faced with challenges such as limited space and tight deadlines, the project team successfully overcame multiple obstacles through meticulous management and efficient organization, completing the 29m floor slab pouring. This milestone provides a solid foundation for subsequent equipment installation and decoration work, further advancing the project’s progress.
